These are real questions from GrowPoint customers on our transition calls, answered. If yours isn’t here, email [email protected] — and check back, because this page grows as new questions come in.

Getting Started & Platform Basics

FULFILL™ is fully cloud-based. You access it through a web browser (Chrome, Firefox, etc.) with no local installation required. Everything updates automatically, so you’re always on the latest version. The mobile apps work offline and sync when you reconnect to Wi-Fi.
FULFILL™ requires an internet connection for full functionality, but it doesn’t need much — if you can join a video call, you have plenty of speed. The mobile apps are built for spotty coverage: they keep working offline and sync when you’re back in range. If you have specific connectivity concerns, raise them with us and we’ll talk through your setup.
Yes. FULFILL™ is the evolution of GrowPoint — all core operations are built in: order fulfillment, inventory control, availability management, BOLs, pack slips, invoicing, and reporting. If you have questions about a specific workflow, ask us at [email protected].
You own your data — always. Every grid in FULFILL™ is easily exportable. No data hostage situations, ever.
Yes — start with the guided tour: nine quick steps through the app, no login needed. When you’re ready to go further, reply to any of our migration emails and we’ll send your team login invitations — your data is already loaded, so you’ll be looking at your own customers and orders from the first click.

Orders & Workflows

Yes — every grid in FULFILL™ includes search, sort, and filter. You can find items by any field: SKU, description, category, and more. See adding items to orders.
Yes. Tax is configured at the customer level, discounts are supported at both the order and line-item level, and freight charges and reference numbers are supported on orders.
Yes — orders support CSV import, as do most grids in FULFILL™. There’s also the Customer Portal, where your customers order directly from your live availability.
Yes, FULFILL™ supports partial shipments at the line-item level.
Master orders act as a template or commitment that releases into individual orders over time. You see complete totals — charges, taxes, freight — and quantities stay connected: if you reduce a release from 25 to 20, those 5 units return to the master order. Pricing can be locked at the master level or set per release, whichever fits how you sell.
Yes — FULFILL™ supports correcting orders after the fact so you can fix mistakes directly rather than working around them. If anything about a specific scenario looks different from GrowPoint, ask us and we’ll walk through it.

Inventory & Allocations

Allocation — deciding which location’s inventory fills each order line — is automatic by default, based on your preferences, and you can allocate manually whenever you choose.
Yes. As you add items to an order, the item list shows live availability, so you can see what’s available without leaving the order. Availability also shows in the items grid itself.
Both. You can work in week numbers and specific calendar dates for ship dates. Inventory is perpetual — tracked through every order stage (ordered, acknowledged, shipped).
FULFILL™ handles both grown and purchased inventory. PRODUCE™ creates available inventory when production lots reach their ready date, and purchased product shows in the same availability views.
Yes. Adjustments can be categorized (overproduction, damage, etc.), and you can report filtered by reason code.
You can configure reports showing items below a threshold and have them delivered on a schedule, so low stock lands in your inbox instead of surprising you.
PRODUCE™ creates inventory as production lots reach their ready date. You choose how hands-on to be: inventory can appear automatically from production counts, or you can manage availability manually and control exactly what customers see.

Pricing & Discounts

FULFILL™ supports price groups and price levels with quantity breaks and date ranges, plus customer-level and order-level discounts. Customer-specific pricing shows directly in the order entry workflow.
You’re in control: when pricing changes before an order ships, you have the option to apply the new pricing to the existing order — or leave it as written.
Yes, FULFILL™ maintains pricing history.

Customers & Permissions

Yes — sales managers can view all customers while individual salespeople see their assigned accounts. Salespeople are assigned on the customer record.
No — bulk update tools let you reassign a departing salesperson’s customers in one pass.
Each customer has one billing address and as many shipping locations as you need — see managing addresses. When you create an order for a specific location, the parent billing address populates automatically.
Yes, these are configured at the customer or customer-location level.
No — each person gets their own login by email invitation, with access shaped by their role. No shared passwords.

Accounting & QuickBooks

No — and that’s deliberate. FULFILL™ runs your order operations (pricing, orders, shipping, billing data) and your accounting software stays the financial source of truth for invoices, payments, A/R, and the general ledger. FULFILL™ and your accounting software lays out exactly who does what.
FULFILL™ connects directly to your accounting platform — QuickBooks Online and ten other platforms. When orders ship, FULFILL™ creates the invoices in your accounting system automatically, so the books stay in the bookkeeping tool and nothing is double-entered.
Yes — FULFILL™ supports batch invoicing, so a day’s shipments can post to your accounting system together.
Deposit tracking stays in your accounting package, where it belongs — FULFILL™ focuses on getting clean invoices over there the moment orders ship.
The accounting connection supports eleven platforms including QuickBooks Online, Xero, NetSuite, and Sage. If you’re on a desktop accounting product, talk to us about the best path — that’s exactly the kind of thing we work through during onboarding.

Reporting & Documents

The Reports module covers reporting across your operation, and common documents pull contextually — for example, an invoice prints right from the order.
Yes — reports export in both formats, and every grid exports too.
Yes, documents are branded with your company logo, address, phone, and other details.
Yes — reports can be scheduled and delivered by email, so customers get your availability on a cadence without you lifting a finger.
FULFILL™‘s export/import works with a variety of label platforms — your existing printers and label formats should continue working. Bring your specific setup to onboarding and we’ll confirm.

Mobile Apps

A full suite, built for the greenhouse and warehouse:
  • MATERIAL — raw materials and purchase-order receiving
  • AVAILABILITY — offline finished-inventory counting
  • VERIFY — order quality verification
  • ENGAGE — store cycle counting
  • EVENTS — labor and time tracking
  • COUNT — production cycle counting
The apps work offline and sync when you reconnect.

Migration & Support

Your data: already done — we migrate it for you before you ever log in. Learning the system: days to weeks depending on your operation’s complexity, and you set the pace. The migration hub lays out the recommended path.
Yes. GrowPoint stays active and supported through 2029. There’s no forced cutover — you explore FULFILL™ alongside it and switch when you’re ready.
Your current GrowPoint pricing is locked through 2026. After that, pricing is based on the modules you actually use — FULFILL™ uses tiered plans so you only pay for what you use. For specifics about your operation, email [email protected].
Yes — the same people you know are heavily involved in helping their customers transition, with additional Silver Fern team support behind them.
FULFILL™ makes import/export straightforward, so we’ll work with you to keep your current feed running — or you can move to the Customer Portal with live availability built in.
Yes — we run monthly live group sessions walking through common workflows, with open Q&A. Watch your inbox for invitations, or email [email protected] to make sure you’re on the list.
