The Activity Center collects your notifications — approval requests, system events, and informational updates — in one place, so pending decisions don’t get lost.
The Activity Center appears when it’s enabled for your account. When active, a bell icon shows in the top bar with a badge counting your pending notifications — click it to open the Activity Center.
Reading the Feed
Two tabs organize the feed:
- All Activity — everything
- Requires Action — only items waiting on a decision from you
Filter by category — Approvals, System Events, or Informational — or search by title, description, or who triggered the item. Unread items are highlighted with an accent bar; clicking an item marks it read, and Mark All Read clears the lot.
Each item shows its status: pending, approved, denied, or info, with running totals at the top of the feed.
Approving and Denying
Items in the Approvals category carry Approve and Deny buttons. Approving records your decision and marks the request approved; denying records the denial with a comment visible on the item. Approval items are shown to managers — operators see system and informational notifications only.
