What is VERIFY?

VERIFY is a mobile app for quality-checking orders before they ship. Warehouse staff open an order on their phone, scan or count each item, and submit a verification that records whether the picked quantities match what the order calls for.
VERIFY is a mobile-first app. Open it from the WorkSuite app launcher on a phone or tablet.

Key Features

Barcode Scanning

  • Scan to count: Scan an item’s barcode to record verified quantities
  • Flexible matching: Scans match by exact UPC, UPC without the check digit, or SKU
  • Extra item capture: Items scanned that aren’t on the order are recorded as extra lines

Line-by-Line Status

Every line on the order gets a verification status:

MatchVerified quantity equals the expected quantity
UnderVerified quantity is less than expected
OverVerified quantity is more than expected
MissingLine was verified with a quantity of zero
UnverifiedLine has not been counted yet

Notes

Attach notes to individual lines or to the whole order to explain discrepancies before submitting.

Offline Support

Verifications submitted without a connection are queued on the device and automatically posted when the connection returns. The History tab shows both posted and queued submissions.

Workflow Overview

  1. Pick an order: Search the order list by order number, customer, or PO
  2. Verify each line: Scan barcodes or use the +/- steppers to record counts
  3. Review: Check the status summary — matches, exceptions, and extra items
  4. Submit: Confirm and post the verification (or queue it if offline)
  5. History: Review past and queued verifications on the History tab
