The Reports module lets you build your own reports on top of your WorkSuite data, organize them into folders, run them on demand, and deliver them to anyone’s inbox on a schedule.

Accessing Reports

Navigate to Reports from the main menu. You’ll land on the reports list, which shows every saved report in your account.

The Reports List

The left sidebar organizes your reports:
  • All Reports — every report in your account
  • Starred — reports you’ve starred for quick access
  • Folders — your own folders; click New Folder to create one
The main area supports two layouts — card view and table view — and a Search reports… box to filter by name. Your view choice is remembered for the session. Each report card shows the report’s name and description, its data source, its folder (if assigned), how many parameters it takes, and how many active schedules it has. Click Run Report to run it immediately.

Report Actions

Right-click a report (or open its menu) for the full set of actions:
ActionWhat it does
Edit ReportOpens the report in the report builder
RenameChanges the report name
Move to FolderFiles the report into a folder (or back to All Reports)
ScheduleSets up automatic delivery

Creating a Report

Click New Report and choose how to start:
  • From Template — opens the Template Library, a catalog of ready-made reports (Sales, Operations, Inventory, Customers, Shipping, Financial). Open a template to review its data source, parameters, and tags, then click Create Report from Template to get an editable copy.
  • Blank Report — name the report, pick a data source (the dataset your report runs against — this determines which fields and parameters are available in the builder), and click Create Report.
Start from a template whenever one is close to what you need — you get a working layout immediately and can adjust columns, filters, and formatting in the builder.
