Overview

The Availability module is a standalone inventory counting system with offline counting capability, designed for warehouse staff to count inventory on mobile devices using cached data.
This is separate from FULFILL™‘s availability sessions. The Availability module is specifically for physical inventory counting.

Workflow

Sync → Count → Review (Post) → Posted
  1. Sync: Download items and locations from server to cache locally
  2. Count: Record quantities by location (works offline with cached data)
  3. Review: Edit counts and post to server (requires internet connection)
  4. Posted: View history of successfully posted counts (last 7 days)
