Overview
The Availability module is a standalone inventory counting system with offline counting capability, designed for warehouse staff to count inventory on mobile devices using cached data.This is separate from Fulfill’s availability sessions. The Availability module is specifically for physical inventory counting.
Workflow
Sync → Count → Review (Post) → Posted- Sync: Download items and locations from server to cache locally
- Count: Record quantities by location (works offline with cached data)
- Review: Edit counts and post to server (requires internet connection)
- Posted: View history of successfully posted counts (last 7 days)
