What You Can Do

With order management in WorkSuite FULFILL™, you can:
  • Create Orders: Build orders for customers with your available inventory
  • Track Order Status: Monitor orders from creation to delivery
  • Add Line Items: Include multiple products with specific quantities and pricing
  • View Invoice PDFs: View generated invoices for shipped orders (tenant-specific)
  • Update Order Status: Progress orders through the fulfillment workflow
  • Allocate Inventory: Assign specific inventory locations and grades to line items
  • Bulk Status Updates: Update status for up to 100 orders at once

Order Lifecycle

Every order in WorkSuite FULFILL™ follows this status flow:
  1. Initialized: Order is being created
  2. Open: Order is finalized and ready for review
  3. Acknowledged: Order has been acknowledged and confirmed
  4. Submitted: Order has been submitted for fulfillment
  5. Picked: Items have been picked from inventory
  6. Shipped: Order has been dispatched to customer
  7. Synchronized: Order data synced with external systems
  8. Closed: Order is complete
Orders can also be moved to Cancelled or Deleted status at various stages.

Order Information Structure

Each order contains several sections:

Header Information

  • Order number (auto-generated)
  • Customer selection
  • Order date and requested delivery date
  • Billing and shipping addresses
  • Sales representative

Line Items

  • Product/item selection via modal dialog
  • Quantity ordered
  • Unit pricing (from price groups or override)
  • Line totals calculated automatically
  • Allocation to warehouse locations

Totals and Terms

  • Subtotal calculations
  • Tax amounts (if applicable)
  • Total order value
  • Payment terms
  • Special discounts

Order List View

The order list provides an overview of all orders:
  • Search: Find orders by number, customer, or product
  • Filter: View orders by status, date range, or customer
  • Sort: Organize by date, customer, total, or status
  • Quick Actions: Update status or print documents directly from the list
