Understanding how to navigate WorkSuite Fulfill will help you work more efficiently and find what you need quickly.

Main Application Menu

When you first log in to WorkSuite, you’ll see the main applications menu. This shows all the WorkSuite applications available to you:
  • FULFILL: Customer and order management (this is where you’ll spend most of your time)
  • MATERIAL: Materials and supplies management
  • PRODUCE: Production management module
  • RESTOCK: Restocking and replenishment workflows
  • AVAILABILITY: Inventory availability tracking and sessions
  • Other applications may be available depending on your configuration
Click on FULFILL to access the order fulfillment features.

Fulfill Navigation Menu

Once in Fulfill, you’ll see the main navigation sections in this order:

Customers

Direct link to customer management:
  • Customer list and details
  • Contact information
  • Delivery addresses
  • Customer-specific pricing

Locations

Direct link to location management:
  • Manage location hierarchy
  • Set up warehouse locations
  • Configure location settings

Pricing

Dropdown menu with pricing options:
  • Groups: Set up and manage customer price groups
  • ERP Pricing: View ERP-based pricing (only visible if ERP pricing is enabled for your tenant)

Product

Dropdown menu with product/item management options:
  • Items: View and manage your item catalog
  • Categories: Organize items into categories
  • Availability: Track availability sessions (Live, Staged, Closed) and make count adjustments
The “Product” menu section manages your item catalog. The terms “Product” and “Item” are used interchangeably in the interface, but internally the system uses “Item” terminology.

Orders

Direct link to order processing:
  • Create new orders (regular and master orders)
  • View existing orders
  • Update order status
  • View invoice PDFs for submitted, synchronized, and shipped orders
  • Import orders via CSV

Top Navigation Bar

The top bar provides quick access to:
  • Site Selection: Switch between different greenhouse locations
  • Applications Menu: Quick access to other WorkSuite apps (FULFILL, MATERIAL, etc.)
  • User Profile: Your account information

Search and Filters

Most list views include search and filtering options:
  • Use the search box to find specific customers, orders, or items
  • Apply filters to narrow down results
  • Sort columns by clicking on column headers
  • Use AG Grid features for advanced filtering and sorting
The navigation menu will remember your last location, so you can quickly return to where you were working when you log back in.

WorkSuite Fulfill is responsive and works on different screen sizes: Desktop View
  • Full AG Grid tables with all columns visible
  • Side panels for quick actions
  • Comprehensive toolbars and ribbons
Tablet and Mobile View
  • Grid views automatically switch to card views on narrow screens
  • Touch-friendly buttons and controls
  • Simplified layouts optimized for smaller screens
  • Responsive forms and dialogs
WorkSuite Fulfill is a progressive web app (PWA) that can be installed on your device for a native app-like experience.
