Navigating to Portal Users
Go to FULFILL™ → Portal → Users in the sidebar. The page displays all portal users in a searchable, sortable grid showing each user’s name, email, associated customer, status, and last login date.Creating a Portal User
Fill in the form
Enter the user’s details:
- User Type — choose Customer User to create an account tied to a specific customer, or your organization’s internal user type for internal accounts
- First Name and Last Name
- Email Address — used as the login username
- Customer — the customer account this user belongs to (only shown when User Type is Customer User)
Managing a Portal User
Click any row in the Portal Users grid to open the user’s detail page. The page has three tabs:User Info
View and edit the user’s profile, including their name, email, associated customer, and role. From this tab you can also:- Reset password — Sends the user a password reset email
- Resend invitation — Resends the original invitation email if the user hasn’t accepted it yet
- Deactivate user — Removes portal access without deleting the account. Deactivated users cannot log in.
Login History
A chronological list of the user’s login activity, including timestamps and any failed attempts. Use this tab to verify that a user has successfully accessed the portal or to investigate access issues.Recent Orders
A list of the orders placed by this user through the portal. Click an order to open it in the FULFILL™ orders view.Importing Portal Users via CSV
You can create multiple portal users at once by importing a CSV file.CSV Format
The import file requires these columns:| Column | Required | Description |

UserType Values
The UserType column accepts three values (all case-insensitive):Customer— creates a customer user. The Customer column must also be filled in.- Your tenant name — creates an internal user for your organization. Use the exact name shown in the Add User dropdown (e.g.,
Acme Nursery). - Your tenant ID — an alternative to the tenant name; use your organization’s tenant ID if the name is not available.
Running the Import
Download the template
On the Portal Users page, open the import option and download the CSV template. The template includes your tenant’s accepted values in a comment row.
Fill in the CSV
Add one row per user. Set UserType to
Customer, your tenant name, or your tenant ID for each row.Upload and validate
Upload the completed file. WorkSuite validates each row and shows any errors — such as unrecognized UserType values or missing Customer entries — before importing.
If a row contains an unrecognized UserType value, the error message will include your tenant name and tenant ID so you can correct the file.
Deactivating Portal Access
To remove a user’s portal access:- Open the user’s detail page
- Go to the User Info tab
- Click Deactivate
