The Portal Users page lets you manage which customers can log into the WorkSuite customer portal. From here you can create new portal accounts, view login history, reset passwords, and deactivate access. Go to Fulfill → Portal → Users in the sidebar. The page displays all portal users in a searchable, sortable grid showing each user’s name, email, associated customer, status, and last login date.

Creating a Portal User

1

Click Add User

Click the Add User button in the ribbon.
2

Fill in the form

Enter the user’s details:
  • First Name and Last Name
  • Email Address — used as the login username
  • Customer — the customer account this user belongs to
  • Role — controls what the user can see and do in the portal
3

Save

Click Save. WorkSuite creates the account and navigates to the new user’s detail page. The user receives an invitation email with instructions to set their password.

Managing a Portal User

Click any row in the Portal Users grid to open the user’s detail page. The page has three tabs:

User Info

View and edit the user’s profile, including their name, email, associated customer, and role. From this tab you can also:
  • Reset password — Sends the user a password reset email
  • Resend invitation — Resends the original invitation email if the user hasn’t accepted it yet
  • Deactivate user — Removes portal access without deleting the account. Deactivated users cannot log in.

Login History

A chronological list of the user’s login activity, including timestamps and any failed attempts. Use this tab to verify that a user has successfully accessed the portal or to investigate access issues.

Recent Orders

A list of the orders placed by this user through the portal. Click an order to open it in the Fulfill orders view.

Deactivating Portal Access

To remove a user’s portal access:
  1. Open the user’s detail page
  2. Go to the User Info tab
  3. Click Deactivate
Deactivated users are shown with a greyed-out status in the Portal Users grid. Their account history is preserved — you can reactivate them later if needed.
Deactivating a user immediately prevents them from logging into the portal. Active sessions are ended. Do this before offboarding a contact who should no longer have access.
