Session Organization
- Create separate sessions for different delivery days

- Review recent sessions before creating duplicates
Availability Management
- Monitor Remaining Availability closely
- Check Containers on Shipment quantities for pending shipments
- Coordinate with other users to avoid double-allocation
- Verify ERP availability before large allocations
Troubleshooting
Quantities Not Saving
If quantities don’t save:- Wait 3 seconds for the auto-save to trigger
- Check your network connection
- Refresh the page and recheck the session
- Contact support if the issue persists
Red Rows (Over-Allocation)
When a row is red:- Check the Availability column
- Review Containers on Shipment quantities
- Reduce allocated quantities
- Consider splitting across multiple sessions
Can’t Find a Session
If a session is missing:- Check that you’re viewing sessions for the correct station
- Sessions older than 2 loads may be archived
- Check with your supervisor for archived sessions
- Verify the session wasn’t submitted by another user
Session Won’t Submit
If you can’t submit:- Ensure total quantity > 0 (empty sessions can’t submit)
- Check that the session is not already submitted
- Wait for pending edits to save (auto-save after 3 seconds)
- The Submit button is disabled when:
- Total quantity is 0
- Session is already submitted
- Changes are still being saved (pending updates exist)
