Overview
Delivery Schedules define which days of the week specific store locations receive restocking deliveries. By creating schedules and assigning them to locations, you control when those locations appear on load lists for inventory distribution. Delivery schedules help you:- Organize deliveries by day of week
- Route inventory to the right stores on the right days
- Optimize distribution planning around location delivery windows
- Group stores by delivery patterns
Accessing Delivery Schedules
Navigate to Restock > Data Management > Delivery Schedules The page displays a grid showing all delivery schedules with their assigned days and store counts.Schedule Grid
The delivery schedules grid displays:| Column | Description |
|---|---|
| Schedule Name | Name identifying the delivery schedule |
| Monday - Sunday | Visual badges showing which days are active |
| Stores | Number of locations assigned to this schedule |
- Click any row to edit the schedule
- Sort by schedule name or store count

- Select stores individually or by group
- Search for specific locations
From Location Settings
Schedules can also be assigned when managing location details in the Locations page. See Data Management - Locations for details.Store Grouping Options
When assigning locations to a schedule, stores can be grouped by:| Grouping | Description | Use Case |
|---|---|---|
| Zone / Route | Delivery routes or geographic zones | Assign all stores on a route to the same schedule |
| Rank (A/B/C) | Store classification (A, B, C class) | Create schedules by store priority or volume |
| State / Province | Geographic region | Regional delivery patterns |
How Schedules Affect Load Lists
Delivery schedules determine which stores appear on load lists:- When a load list session is created for a specific date
- The system checks which day of the week that date falls on
- Only stores with delivery schedules that include that day will appear
- Stores without a delivery schedule or with schedules not active that day are excluded
- Schedule “MWF Routes” is assigned Monday, Wednesday, Friday
- Locations with this schedule only appear on load lists for Mon/Wed/Fri dates
- They will not appear on Tuesday, Thursday, Saturday, or Sunday load lists
Delivery schedules work together with location settings and session configuration to control load list availability. See Load Lists for more information on session planning.
Best Practices
Naming Conventions
Use consistent naming that communicates:- Delivery days: “Monday/Wednesday”, “Weekdays”, “Weekend”
- Store grouping: “Class A”, “Zone 3”, “West Region”
- Both: “MWF - Class A Stores”, “Tue/Thu - East Zone”
Schedule Design
- Align with route planning: Match schedules to your physical delivery routes
- Balance workload: Distribute stores across days to avoid overloading specific days
- Consider store needs: High-volume stores may need more frequent delivery days
- Account for holidays: Remember schedules are day-based, not date-based
Schedule Maintenance
- Review schedules quarterly to ensure they match current distribution patterns
- Update schedules when stores open, close, or change routes
- Communicate schedule changes to the fulfillment and logistics teams
- Archive or delete unused schedules to keep the list manageable
Troubleshooting
Store Not Appearing on Load List
Issue: Expected store doesn’t show on a load list for a specific date Solutions:- Check if the store has a delivery schedule assigned (Data Management > Locations)
- Verify the delivery schedule includes the day of the week for that date
- Confirm the schedule is saved and active
- Check if the load list session filters are excluding the store
Can’t Select Multiple Days
Issue: Only one day can be selected at a time Solution:- The day selector supports multiple selections - click each day you want to include
- Selected days remain highlighted and show badges in the grid
- If experiencing issues, try refreshing the page
Changes Not Saving
Issue: Schedule modifications don’t persist after clicking Save Solutions:- Verify you have permission to edit delivery schedules
- Check for error messages or validation issues (e.g., missing schedule name)
- Ensure at least one day is selected
- Check browser console for errors and contact support if needed
