Navigating to the Dashboard
Go to RESTOCK™ → Dashboard in the sidebar.Dashboard Overview
The dashboard has three main areas:- Header strip — shows the last import timestamp and last calculation timestamp, with a manual refresh button
- KPI tiles — four summary cards at the top of the page
- Demand and Supply grids — two tabs showing stores and SKUs ranked by replenishment need
KPI Tiles
The four tiles at the top summarize your network’s replenishment state:| Tile | What it shows |
|---|---|
| Total Demand | Total units demanded across all stores and SKUs. Click to switch to the Demand-driven tab. |
| Total Available | Total units available across all stores and SKUs. Click to switch to the Supply-driven tab. |
| Coverage % | The ratio of available supply to demand, expressed as a percentage. Green when ≥ 90%; amber when below. |
Filtering by SKU
Click the SKU filter button in the toolbar to open the SKU tree filter. You can:- Search for specific SKUs or SKU groups
- Expand and collapse groups
- Select individual SKUs or entire groups
- Clear the filter to return to all SKUs
Demand-Driven Grid
The Demand-driven tab shows stores ranked by Restock Index — a composite score that weights demand, weeks of supply, and velocity to indicate which stores should be prioritized for replenishment. Use this grid when you want to identify your highest-priority stores and select them for a restock session.Starting a Session from the Demand-Driven Grid
Select stores
Check the rows for the stores you want to include. You can select as many stores as needed.
Click the Start Session button
A floating Start session button appears at the bottom of the page showing the number of selected stores. Click it to open the confirmation dialog.
Supply-Driven Grid
The Supply-driven tab shows SKUs ranked by gap — the difference between available supply and demand. SKUs with the largest gap appear at the top and represent items most at risk of being under-stocked. Use this grid when you want to identify which products need attention across the network rather than focusing on specific stores.Starting a Session from the Supply-Driven Grid
Select SKUs from the Supply-driven grid the same way you select stores in the Demand-driven grid. The floating Start session button appears when you have items selected.Switching between the Demand-driven and Supply-driven tabs clears any current row selection. Make your selections and start a session from a single tab.
Refreshing the Data
Click Refresh in the header strip to trigger a recalculation of the dashboard data. The header shows the timestamp of the last completed calculation so you know how current the data is.Related Topics
