Recipes can include links to other production items, enabling you to create complex multi-component recipes.Single Link Recipes
Simple recipes can optionally link to a single production catalog item:- Components per Pot: Number of linked components used
- Production Catalog: The catalog containing the linked item
- Production Category: Category within the catalog
Combo Recipes
Combo recipes support multiple component links (2 or more) for complex production: Features:- Add unlimited component links using the “Add Link” button
- Remove links with the “Remove” button next to each link
- Each link specifies components per pot, catalog, and category
- Auto-calculation: Plants per pot is automatically calculated as the sum of all component links
- Link 1: 3 components per pot → Geranium catalog/category
- Link 2: 2 components per pot → Petunia catalog/category
- Plants per pot: 5 (automatically calculated)
For combo recipes, the “Plants per pot” field is disabled and automatically calculated from the sum of all component links. This ensures accurate component tracking.
