History Tab

The History tab lists your verification submissions, with the order number, when each was submitted, and its current state.

Offline Queuing

VERIFY is built for warehouse environments where connectivity drops. If you submit a verification while offline:
  1. The submission is queued on the device and shown as Verification Queued
  2. When the connection returns, queued submissions are posted automatically in the background — no action needed
  3. Once posted, the entry moves to the posted history and the order’s local verification state is cleared

Queue States

StateMeaning
PendingWaiting for a connection to post
PostingCurrently being submitted
PostedSuccessfully saved to the server
FailedThe server rejected the submission — the error is shown on the card so it can be retried or investigated
Queued verifications live on the device until they post. Don’t clear the browser’s site data while submissions are still pending, or the queued verifications will be lost.
