Order History

The Orders page lists the customer’s orders with search (by order number, PO number, or location code) and status filter chips: Submitted → Acknowledged → Open → Picked → Shipped → Closed (plus Cancelled) Each order shows the PO number, order date, expected delivery, line count, and total. Expanding an order reveals its line items with Ordered / Acked / Shipped quantities per line — so customers can see fulfillment progress without calling in.

My Account

The Account page gives customers a read-only view of their relationship:
  • Account Overview — company name, ERP ID, terms (e.g. Net 30), and their sales rep’s contact
  • Ship-To Locations — all locations with addresses; the default is badged
  • Contacts — contacts with their type (Primary, Billing, Shipping), email, and phone
  • Billing Address
  • Order History — the same order table with expandable line details
Customers can’t edit these details from the portal — locations, contacts, and pricing are managed by your team in FULFILL. Customer logins are managed via Portal Users.
