Browsing the Catalog

The Catalog & Availability page shows everything in stock:
  • Search by plant name, variety, or SKU from the header search bar
  • Filter with category chips (All, Favorites, and the top categories)
  • Sort by Name, Price (low-high / high-low), or Availability
  • Switch views between a grid table and cards
Each item shows its price (per the customer’s price group), unit of measure, and an availability chip with the quantity on hand. Out-of-stock items are labeled and can’t be added to the cart. Tap the heart icon to favorite an item.

Building a Cart

Tap Add to Cart on any item. In the cart, customers can:
  • Adjust quantities with + / − (bounded by the item’s minimum order quantity and available quantity)
  • Remove items or Clear All
  • Watch the running Subtotal, Tax, and Total update
Quantity-break pricing applies automatically — if the quantity crosses a price tier, the better price is used.

Quick Orders

If you’ve defined Quick Orders (pre-built item bundles), customers can add a whole bundle to the cart with one tap from the dashboard or catalog.

CSV Import

Import Order lets a customer upload a CSV of SKUs and quantities. The portal validates the file against the catalog, then asks whether to Append to or Replace the current cart.

Submitting an Order

In the order summary, the customer:
  1. Selects a Ship-To Location (defaults to their first location)
  2. Optionally enters a PO Number
  3. Confirms contact information (pre-filled from their account; at least one of email or phone is required)
  4. Taps Submit Order, then reviews the confirmation — item count, total, ship-to address, PO number — and taps Confirm & Submit
The order is created in FULFILL as a PO order with a sequential order number and an expected delivery date, ready for your fulfillment team. The customer sees “Order submitted successfully!” and the cart clears.
Totals shown to customers are estimates: “Final pricing will be confirmed when your order is processed.”
