Finish Mode

Finish mode works at the lot level for finish and warehouse operations.

Changes

1. Select the location, then select the lot (search by product, date, or lot number — the list shows each lot’s status and available quantity)
2. Choose the change type — a standard adjustment, a transfer (then pick the “Location To”), or a grade change (then pick the new grade)
3. Enter the quantity and a change reason (e.g. damage, expiration, grade reclassification), plus optional comments and photos
4. For organic products, record the BP lot code; combined lots let you enter quantities per BP lot

Receive

Select the inbound order by order number, then receive it line by line — recording the location and quantity received for each line (split by BP lot for organic product). Submitted receipts process in a queue; the toolbar shows pending and failed items.

Material Mode

Material mode covers warehouse inventory work, with four actions:

Assignments

Cycle count task lists assigned to you. Each assignment contains individual lot counts — incomplete tasks are badged until they’re done. Open an assignment, drill into a lot, and enter the count.

Cycle Count

Free-form lot counting: select a location, pick a lot (or search by product), and enter quantities. You can save multiple counts per lot, attach photos, and add comments. Products tracked by vendor lot prompt for a quantity per vendor lot.

Receive & Ship

Receive inbound orders line by line, or confirm outbound shipments. Both queue locally and post like everything else in COUNT.

Statuses

Across both modes, every entry moves through the same states: The toolbar’s badges (saved count, pending hourglass, error flag) keep the queue visible at all times.
